UM Beach House
Santa Eulalia

UM Beach House Ibiza is a hidden treasure nestled at the end of the beautiful Santa Eulalia promenade. Located beachfront, it provides stunning views of the ocean and the river dividing Santa Eulalia from neighbouring Siesta. Rebranded and redesigned for the 2023 season, it was initially launched in 2022 by the UM group.

Relish in their fresh seafood, delightful salads, fulfilling main courses, and traditional rice dishes, all complemented by creative cocktails and a broad wine assortment. It’s not just a restaurant, but an ideal location to unwind, enjoy your favourite drink, and appreciate the provided entertainment in a mesmerizing setting.

Playa Soleil

Playa d’en Bossa

Playa Soleil is a brand new luxury beach resort, located at the former Bora Bora beach club site. It offers a multi-zone chic-bohemian beach experience, all with a Tulum-esque vibe. There are multiple areas to relax and enjoy the beach. You can lounge on opulent Balinese beds, shop at La Boutique, and indulge in cuisine from Executive Chef Cristian Castañeda in a choice of 2 dining spots. It really is an escape into Ibiza’s magical energy.

Playa Soleil also hosts exciting weekly residencies, including Guy Gerber’s Rumours on Fridays, Calypso on Saturdays, and Palmarama on Sundays.

Yalla
Santa Gertrudis

Yalla is a fresh addition to Santa Gertrudis’ culinary scene for the 2023 season and comes from the creators of Passion Café. Inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine, this restaurant features a rich menu celebrating the local produce of Ibiza.

Their ‘salatim’ selection includes a variety of salads and mezze boards, complete with falafel, zaatar halloumi, and chargrilled aubergine dressed in tahini. If you love meat and seafood, you will most definitely appreciate the seabass, lamb koftas, and chicken shish tawooks grilled to perfection.

Enjoy your meal in their inviting courtyard and make sure to end your experience with a traditional Turkish coffee and a slice of their irresistible baklava.

MAINE
Ses Salines

Nestled amidst the scenic salt pans of Salinas, MAINE IBIZA is a delightful gastronomic haven situated in a whitewashed 18th-century parish near the quaint Sant Francesc de s’Estany church.

With views of the UNESCO world heritage salt flats and its shimmering horizon, this spot has a truly enchanting ambience that you have to experience when you’re on the White Isle. The sunsets here are incredible!

The menu emphasises quality food crafted from the freshest ingredients, served simply but beautifully. It really is a unique destination for creating memorable moments with friends and celebrating life under the Balearic sky amidst the tranquil beauty and authentic Ibicenco backdrop.

Hotel Mongibello

Siesta

Hotel Mongibello is operated by the renowned Concept Hotel Group and is a haven that embodies the Italian concept of ‘Dolce Far Niente’ – the art of pure enjoyment.

Opening in July, it replaces the Palladium Don Carlos Hotel with an alluring Italian flair.

Renovations spearheaded by Spanish architecture studio ILMIOdesign incorporate influences from the Amalfi Coast and Ibiza’s unique charm, and there are multiple dining options to choose from.

The hotel’s 32 suites are each designed to honour individuals renowned for their art of living, including Ibiza’s own Tony Pike, with enchanting illustrations by Ibizan artist Marcos Torres. A standout feature is the hidden room named Lola’s, a tribute to Ibiza’s legendary nightclub.
