Ibiza is a fantastic place to bring up kids or even just to holiday with them – and we know from experience, as we grew up here! Not only does the climate mean there is an excess of outdoor activities but there are also myriad other organisations and events directed to children. More than enough to fill an entire summer…

2. Pirate’s day out

Who doesn’t love a water park? With The Kamikaze, Black Hole, super toboggans and seven other groups of various sized slides and swimming pools it’s a great day out for kids and adults alike.

6. Hit the high seas

There are so many water based activities to choose from it’s hard to know which to do first. Jet skis, stand up paddle, wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing or even surf the artificial waves at Surf House in San Antonio.

7. Ocean Mania

Keeping the water theme going this is an inflatable water park on the sea in San Antonio. It features trampolines, slides, balancing beams, bridges, rope swings and high dives. Monitored at all times by lifeguards it’s another one of those activities where you can’t tell who’s having more fun, the kids or the grown ups.

8. Eat and play

Many Ibiza restaurants have dedicated kids areas and teams of face painters, clowns, magicians and other entertainers.
