Tom Gray Amat

Tom’s professional path has taken him across major financial hubs including London, New York and Hong Kong, where he gained over eight years of experience in international sales and executive recruitment. He began his career in London with a specialist legal search firm before relocating to New York to establish and manage its US office, later moving to Hong Kong to work with a pan-Asian recruitment firm.

Now based in Ibiza, Tom co-manages Villa Contact, leading both the sales and rental divisions. Combining his global business experience, legal background and strong communication skills, he provides clients with expert guidance and a personable, transparent and professional service. A dual British and Spanish national, Tom holds an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Exeter and speaks fluent Spanish, Catalan, French and German.
