The ground floor offers a spacious living room, dining and open plan kitchen that opens up onto the entrance terrace at the front and the pool terrace at the back of the villa
There is one large double bedroom including a bathtub + en-suite bathroom including 2 rain showers & sinks located on the ground floor.
This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace and garden.
Open plan kitchen with brand new equipment and cooking island with bar stools. French doors lead directly from the kitchen to the pool terrace. Living and dining room for 8-10 guests
Guest WC
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor and enjoys its own private roofterrace
The lower ground floor which is accessed via short staircase is where bedroom 3 and 4 are located. Each has their own private bathroom and one has direct access to the pool area.
The rental includes cleaning during the stay of the tenants with bed linen change included. Guests can also request additional services during their stay.
