Villa Milena is located not far from the beautiful bay of Talamanca and just a few minutes drive from Ibiza town. From here you can quickly reach the beaches of S’Estanyol and Talamanca. Until the town of Jesús, with its many restaurants, supermarkets, banks, doctors and many other services, it is barely 5 minutes by car. The neighborhood is quiet and there are mostly residents who live in it all year round.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is private parking in front of the house, as well as a private garage.
The property is divided into two residential units. At the bottom there is an apartment with an open kitchen, a living room, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a shower room. This apartment has a private terrace where there is a small pool, ideal to cool off on hot summer days. A small garden and seating areas in front of the house offer additional space for you and your guests.
An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find an apartment with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a shower room and an open area with a living room, dining room and kitchen. From this floor you have beautiful views of the old town of Ibiza and the sea.
Both apartments have independent access to the private roof terrace, where there is a cozy living area with a fire pit and an outside shower to cool off. This area is ideal to enjoy wonderful evenings with friends and family while enjoying fantastic views of the sea, Formentera and Dalt Vila, the old town of Ibiza.
The house is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants and trees. The terrace on the ground floor has space to relax, in addition to the pool, about 10 m2, the best place to cool off. On the upper floor there is a terrace that is used to hang clothes but that can also be used as a terrace for breakfast, as well as a small balcony with a seating area.
The house is connected to the public electricity and water network. In each apartment there is a wood stove for heating in winter, as well as hot / cold air conditioning.
The property is located in a small residential area, very close to the town of Jesús. The orientation is south with views of the sea and the city of Ibiza.
