The house is the one located in the center of the development. It is located on a plot of 2,443 m2, of which 800 m2 are for private and exclusive use. It consists of a main house with three floors, a guest house on one floor and a private pool in the center of the plot.
Access to the villa is via a separate entrance. The guest house also has independent access. Vehicle parking prepared for two cars within the plot itself. The plot has direct access to Cala Leña beach, which is a five-minute walk away.
The main house has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a diaphanous living-dining room with an integrated kitchen with an island. The kitchen is fully furnished with top quality appliances. There is also a courtesy toilet. The carpentry on the ground floor is collected on the walls, so that the interior and exterior areas can be unified, leaving a wide open space that allows access to the garden and pool from any point on the floor.
The first floor is divided into two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a full bathroom and a master bedroom with a full bathroom, a custom-made shower and a large built-in wardrobe.

It has large built-in windows that, as in the main house, connect the living room with the outside with views of the pool. The surface of the guest house is 65 m2 + 30 m2 of outdoor flooring areas.
The pool has an area of 30 m2, is tiled in white tiles and has a separate stainless steel shower.
The house has the possibility of expansion, since the buildability of the project is not exhausted according to municipal regulations.
