South facing country house in the Atzaro area, a very quiet area in the north of the island. The property has 177m2, on a plot of 21,383m2. The house was built in 1980 using the stones of the old farm existing in the same place and using the same Sabina beams cut with an ax more than 300 years ago.
The house is made up of the large room (porxu) from which the house is distributed, where there is an iron fireplace, to the right is the large kitchen with built-in furniture and 1 access door to the outside, the house has 1 bedroom master suite, 2 individual bedrooms and a utility room that can be converted into a fourth bedroom. There is a second full bathroom shared by the individual bedrooms.
The land is flat, it has a lot of fruit trees like; orange, lemon, olive and fig trees all with automatic irrigation. The farm has its own water well and next to the orange grove there is a water reservoir that could be converted into a swimming pool.
There could be the possibility of expanding the house and building a swimming pool, but that would imply the demolition of some pens that were made without a license, although they have prescribed.
The house was renovated and extended with appropriate planning licences in 2005.
