Idyllic typical Ibicencan finca, more than a century old located on the road from Ibiza to San José in the south of the island. Quiet area, far enough from the main road, but also very close to hand as it is very well connected with commercial areas with hypermarkets, banks, pharmacies and other stores. Also far enough from the airport not to be disturbed. The closest beaches are d’en Bossa, Es Cavallet, Salinas and Jondal.
Its 11,000 m2 fenced plot is made up of four cultivation terraces separated by old stone walls that go north-south, populated by centenary olive trees, carob, fig, pine, juniper and other typical Mediterranean trees.
The constructed area is divided into several buildings, such as the main house, the garage / storage room, the chill-out under a pergola and the pond. The large pool area has a bar terrace, a rectangular swimming pool and two sun terraces and a barbecue terrace next to the kitchen.
The house consists of a two-storey structure, facing south. All the walls are made of stone, at least 70 cm thick, which guarantees good thermal insulation against cold and heat. All the ceilings are made of the typical solid juniper wood beams. It also has an alarm installed, oil central heating with radiators and independent air conditioners in the rooms.
The house has a total of five bedrooms (four doubles and one single) and three bathrooms, of which two are en-suite in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. In the center of the ground floor is the main entrance with a wide triple double door under a porch with a small and cozy open-air lounge on the right side and an old cistern.
At the entrance the living room is located on two levels. On the upper level there is the library and TV area, the fireplace and a large divan to relax with a very cozy atmosphere. In this area is the entrance to a small single room. Around the living room rotates the rest of the rooms with two bedrooms, the master suite and a double room. On the right is the access to a large kitchen with a second dining room covered by the typical pyramidal bell. Next to the kitchen is the pantry, the laundry room and next to it a bathroom-shower. In the living room there is the staircase that leads to the upper floor where there is the guest room with its own bathroom and a large terrace. On the opposite side of the terrace there is a fifth bedroom (double).
The house has a valid license for vacation rentals.
